PDL-II Powerlight
Suitable for Grade 2 and Grade 4 cleaning
The PDL II, Particle Detection Light is a special flashlight,
developed for professionals in the cleanroom industry.
5x 5 W UV-A light and 1x 5 W white light.
Recommended for Particle Detection. The PDL is executed with 5 powerful UV-A LED’s of 5 watt each, which makes this unit the most powerful ultraviolet inspection light available in the market. In front of the UV-A LED’s a special dichroic filter is placed, which blocks all other wavelengths. Only ultraviolet light (UV-A) will pass this filter. Who carry out particle inspections.

UV-A inspection unit for professional use
The UV inspection unit is a table top unit, made out of aluminum, which can be used for inspection purposes. Inside the heart of this unit are 4 special designed Astron II UV LED lamps, which emit 365 nm ultraviolet light.An internal diffusor in the lamp ensures that this UV light is distributed homogenously inside the working area. The Astron II UV LED lamp is produced out of a high quality polycarbonate sleeve, eliminating the risk of having glass fragments in your working area, which traditional glass lamps offer.
The non-dangerous 365 nm wavelength is considered to be best suited for particle inspection and hygiene control. And moreover: the Astron II LED lamp offers a lifespan of over 25.000 operational hours.
